I am frustrated with the info given out by most personal trainers.
Honestly, they seem to use a cookie cutter workout program, which they believe
will work for everyone. I think for a beginner, there is some value in having a
personal trainer…I just think that once you get the basics down, you are
better served to come out with your own workout program. Designing a workout
program is actually much easier than most people think.
